Guadagna ricompense

Per ogni 20 € spesi in ANIMA, ricevi un timbro sulla tua carta fedeltà. Puoi guadagnare ricompense su qualsiasi spesa in ANIMA: bevande, cibo, snack, qualsiasi cosa!

 

Se più di una persona al vostro tavolo ha una carta fedeltà, potete condividere i timbri, ad esempio 40 € di spesa = 1 timbro ciascuno per 2 persone.

 

Siamo spiacenti, ma non si può guadagnare un timbro per una spesa inferiore a 20 € o parte di esso.

 

Se stai richiedendo un premio a fronte di una fattura, puoi comunque guadagnare un timbro sul saldo residuo, ad esempio una banconota da 40 €, un valore della carta premio da 20 € = un saldo di 20 € per guadagnare un altro timbro premio.

 

Premi di spesa

Quando hai 10 timbri, consegna la tua carta completa al team ANIMA o ADAGIO alla tua prossima visita e ricevi 20 € di sconto sul conto.

 

Due o più titolari di carte possono presentare carte fedeltà complete a fronte di una fattura, a condizione che il totale della fattura sia superiore al valore totale delle carte, ad esempio una fattura di 40 euro può essere pagata con due carte fedeltà complete.

 

Ti daremo quindi una nuova carta per ricominciare a collezionare!

Promozioni e Offerte Speciali 

In qualità di titolare di una carta fedeltà, potremmo contattarti di tanto in tanto con offerte speciali e promozioni via e-mail o WhatsApp.

 

Puoi annullare l'iscrizione in qualsiasi momento: segui il link nell'e-mail di conferma dell'iscrizione o faccelo sapere al ciao@anima-calamandrana.it.

Stampa piccola

  • I francobolli non possono essere trasferiti a un altro titolare di carta fedeltà.

  • I tuoi premi non possono essere riutilizzati per i menu speciali o gli eventi a pagamento che si tengono presso ANIMA o ADAGIO - controlla con il nostro team se hai domande.

  • Puoi spendere le tue ricompense in ADAGIO, ma non puoi guadagnarle in ADAGIO.

Earning Rewards

For every full €20 you spend in ANIMA you receive a stamp on your loyalty card. You can earn rewards on any spend in ANIMA – drinks, food, snacks, anything!

 

If more than one person at your table has a loyalty card, you can share the stamps between you – e.g. €40 spend = 1 stamp each for 2 people.

 

Sorry but can’t earn a stamp for spend under €20 or part thereof.

 

If you’re claiming a reward against a bill, you can still earn a stamp on the remaining balance– e.g. €40 bill, €20 reward card value = €20 balance to earn another reward stamp.

 

Spending Rewards

When you have 10 stamps, hand your full card to the ANIMA or ADAGIO team on your next visit and receive €20 off your bill.

 

Two or more card holders can present full loyalty cards against a bill as long as the bill total is more than the total value of the cards -e.g. a bill of €40 can be paid with two full loyalty cards.

 

We’ll then give you a new card to start collecting again!

 

Promotions and Special Offers

As a loyalty card holder, we may contact you from time to time with special offers and promotions via email or WhatsApp.

 

You can unsubscribe to this at anytime – just follow the link in your membership confirmation email or let us know at ciao@anima-calamandrana.it.

 

Small Print

  • Stamps cannot be transferred to another loyalty card holder.

  • Your rewards cannot be used again special menus or ticketed events held at ANIMA or ADAGIO – please check with our team if have any questions.

  • You can spend your rewards in ADAGIO, but you cannot earn rewards in ADAGIO.
